Paragon
SPH acquired Paragon and Promenade, two
prime properties along the Orchard Road shopping belt in 1997.
Redevelopment works on Promenade started in March 2002 to link
it to the swanky Paragon and make the combined building more
attractive to shoppers and retailers. Completed in September
2003, the amalgamated building, retaining the name Paragon,
has a combined nett lettable space of around 660,000 square
feet.
Sky@eleven
SPH's wholly-owned subsidiary, Times Development Pte Ltd, is also
developing a 43-storey upmarket residential condominium at Thomson Road.
Named Sky@eleven and designed as an exclusive high-end development in Prime
District 11, the project will be soft-launched in February 2007.
The development will comprise four towers housing a total of 273 units of
4-bedroom apartments and large penthouses, and will offer home buyers
unique designs, quality fittings and finishes, with excellent views as the
residential units will begin upwards from the fifth storey. Privacy is also
another plus-point of Sky@eleven as each floor will have only two units.
One other special feature of Sky@eleven is its two sky terraces, complete with gymnasiums and landscaped gardens for residents' recreational needs.
