Change in
OCBC Bank’s free-float factor in Straits Times Index
20 July 2004 - Following the June 30 acceptance of OCBC
Bank’s offer by shareholders of Great Eastern Holdings, the free-float
factor of OCBC Bank used for the calculation of the Straits Times
Index will be changed from 0.70 to 0.75.
This change will take effect at the start of trading on Monday,
26 July 2004.
