Changes to SPH Audit Committee

The Directors of Singapore Press Holdings Limited ("SPH") wish to announce the appointment of Dr Yeo Ning Hong as a member of the SPH Audit Committee with effect from today.

The SPH Audit Committee now comprises the following non-executive and independent directors :-

1) Sum Soon Lim - Chairman
2) Willie Cheng Jue Hiang - Member
3) Cheong Choong Kong - Member
4) Lee Ek Tieng - Member
5) Yeo Ning Hong - Member
