Change in StraitsTimes Index
Upon its delisting on 27 July, 2006, SembCorp Logistics will cease
to be a component stock of the Straits Times Index.
A scheduled review of the index is in process and a replacement for
the stock will be announced as soon as the review is completed.

in TOM Outdoor Media Group, a leading outdoor advertising company
in China.
