Announcement Pursuant to rule 704(7), Listing Manual

Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (“SPH”) wishes to announce that Mr Michael Chin Yong Kok, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development & Times Properties, will be resigning from the Company with effect from 13 April 2007.

He will continue as a Director in Times Development Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPH and the developer of the freehold condominium, Sky@eleven.

SPH would like to thank Mr Chin for his contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.
