As required under Rule 704(11) of the SGX-ST’s Listing Manual, Singapore Press Holdings Ltd (“SPH”) announces that there is no person holding a managerial position in SPH or any of its principal subsidiaries who is related to a director or Chief Executive Officer or substantial shareholder of SPH.
