All newsstand titles currently published by BIM and SPH Magazines respectively will be housed under the General Lifestyle Division to be headed by Managing Director, Allen Loh. The titles include, among others, Her World, Female, CittaBella, NuYou, Simply Her, Shape, Seventeen, ICON, FiRST, Torque, Maxim, Men's Health, Young Parents and Home & Décor.

Managing Director, Dennis Pua will head the Specialist Publications Division which will principally publish closed circulation titles such as The Peak and People at the Peak and custom publications such as Silver Kris, Kris Shop, Winning Post among other publications.

Caroline Ngui, Group Editor-in-Chief, will oversee the editorial functions of the entire stable of magazines.

Chief Operating Officer, Lee Kok Chew will manage and oversee the Corporate Office, the critical operational backbone of the publishing business which includes Strategic Planning, Publishing Services, Human Resource, Legal and Corporate Communications. Mr Lee will also manage the Company's overseas investments and new acquisitions including Hardware Zone Pte Ltd.
