Things to note:

  1. For carousel ads with videos, we recommend the first slide be in video format for better engagement.
  2. Video assets should have a maximum file size of 2 MB or be less than 15 seconds long. Creative assets with both videos and images should not exceed 4 MB.
  3. Video will be set as click-to-play if it exceeds the file size limit.
  4. Third-party impression and click tracking is allowed (secured trackers).
  5. Social Cards are supported on both desktop web and mobile web.
  6. Only 1 click-through URL is allowed on Social Cards. It does not support different click-through URLs within the body text and on the call-to-action (CTA) button. Hyperlinks and hashtags within the body text are not clickable.
  7. For custom-format Social Cards with a call-to-action that links to the client's URL instead of their social feed, we accept up to 3 sets of website URLs to be 3 in three separate Social Cards.

  • Submit the ad creatives for scheduling at least 3 working days prior to campaign launch.
