The Peak Singapore appoints Lauren Tan as its Editor-In-Chief
Singapore, 14 January 2022 - The Peak Singapore, a luxury lifestyle magazine under SPH Media Trust, welcomes Lauren Tan as its new Editor-In-Chief. Her appointment is effective today as she takes over from Farhan Shah who has held the position for two years. Lauren will report to Publishing Director, Joanna Lee-Miller.
As Editor-In-Chief of The Peak, Lauren will spearhead the development and implementation of content strategies across the magazine’s platforms which span print, digital and social media. At the same time, she will continue driving exclusive engagement initiatives both online and offline to grow the luxury title’s highly curated and captive readership.
Lauren joins The Peak from A Magazine where she had been the founding Editor-In-Chief. Prior to this, Lauren had also served as the editorial head of Prestige magazine, and was instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency in content creation across the franchise’s titles in Asia.

With over a decade of experience in journalism and luxury content creation, Lauren brings with her a passion for imbuing artistry into her editorials, and extensive experience in omni-channel content marketing. With her active involvement in luxury partnerships across key sectors such as watches, spirits, beauty, malls and property, Lauren has played a key role in shaping the editorial direction and positioning of the publications she has helmed.
