Singapore, 9 February 2026 — Taboola (Nasdaq: TBLA), a global leader in delivering performance at scale for advertisers, today announced a new, exclusive multi-year partnership with SPH Media, Singapore’s leading omnichannel media network. Following a competitive process, SPH Media has selected Taboola to power content recommendations and audience engagement across its entire digital portfolio.

Under the terms of the agreement, Taboola will serve as the exclusive provider for content recommendation widgets across SPH Media’s iconic titles and languages, including The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, The Business Times, Berita Harian, Tamil Murasu, and Stomp. 

The partnership also allows SPH Media’s newsrooms to leverage Taboola’s broader suite of publisher products—such as Taboola Feed, Taboola Newsroom, and advanced audience solutions.

The partnership is designed to establish a strategic cornerstone for sustainable growth, combining Taboola’s world-class AI technology with SPH Media’s unrivaled reach, which connects with 86% of Singaporeans aged 15 and above weekly. A key focus of the collaboration will be capturing and engaging younger, emerging audience segments through personalized, data-driven content discovery.

Significantly, SPH Media will collaborate closely with Taboola to co-develop, test, and scale next-generation AI solutions for content monetization and discovery. This strategic alliance ensures SPH Media remains at the forefront of digital publishing innovation by providing a real-world environment to refine cutting-edge discovery tools.
