New-look Business Times to be launched on Wednesday, 1 Sept

30 August 2004 - The Business Times takes on a new look tomorrow (1 Sept 2004). Besides a refreshing blue masthead, bigger fonts and a friendlier layout, new contents have been added to reflect a more complete read.

Among the changes, the new product will include speciality pages like Economy Watch, a daily take on the health of the Singapore economy; dedicated Malaysian and regional pages; and Views from the Top, where CEOs give their views on hot topics. The new pages, together with the beefed-up current sections, will make BT a must-read for decision makers.

BT, Singapore’s leading business paper, was last revamped in 1995.

Says its Editor, Alvin Tay: "Nine years on, it’s time to engage a new generation of readers. The newly refreshed BT, which will be out on 1 Sept, has loads of new features to offer. But it won’t be just about changes in look and feel. It will also be about improving content and staying relevant to our readers.’’

To make sure you don’t miss out, call 6388 3838 to subscribe. A year’s subscription costs $265 (add $12 for HDB dwellers, $24 for those in condominium and $36 for those living on landed property). The first 1,000 subscribers will receive a stylish mini fridge.
