Singapore, 12 March 2013 - A property seminar organised by Singapore Press Holding's (SPH) CATS Classified will be held at 30 Biopolis Street, Matrix Block, Level 2, Auditorium on Saturday, 23 March. Attendees can choose to attend either one of two sessions available. The morning session is from 9am to 1pm, while the afternoon session is from 2pm to 6pm. Lightsnacks and water will be served during the seminar break.
Speakers for the seminar include Mr Nicholas Mak, Executive Director and Head of the Research & Consultancy department at SLP International Property Consultants; Mr Clarence Chow, General Manager, Centaline (Singapore) Property Agency Pte Ltd; Mr Ku Swee Yong, CEO at International Property Advisor Pte Ltd; and Mr Subra M Suppiah, Advocate and Solicitor, Subra TT Law LLC.
As experts in the real estate industry, the speakers will provide a comprehensive perspective on today's property market and the challenges and opportunities it brings. They will also update on trends in key market segments, provide an understanding on property investment opportunities in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and talk about how to handle legal aspects of commercial property investments.
Tickets are priced at $28 each (inclusive of GST), with discounts for purchases of two tickets ($23 each), or three or more tickets ($21 each). Interested parties who register before 13 March, 2pm, can enjoy early-bird ticket prices ranging from $18 to as low as $13 if they purchase three or more tickets.
