Singapore, 18 September 2013 --- The Chinese Newspapers Division (CND) of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) will be organising a Charity Fund Walk on 21 September, 6.30pm at Gardens by the Bay to raise funds for President's Challenge 2013.

President Tony Tan Keng Yam will be the Guest of Honour to flag off the 1.75km walk which will take participants around the Gardens.

About 1,000 participants are expected to take part in this non-competitive charity walk. The registration fees are $5 (including walk and lucky draw) and $20 (including walk, lucky draw and reception). Last year, CND organised the Tap & Donate campaign to raise funds through EZ-Link cards.

SPH, as a group, has also supported President's Challenge as a media sponsor through the years with sponsorship of advertisement space in major newspapers such as The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao.
