Paragon Fall / Winter 2013

Singapore, 2 October 2013 – Immerse yourself in luxury and show your confidence with bold fashion statements as Paragon brings the latest Fall/ Winter collections from fashion labels in the mall.

1. Citibank Paragon WORLD MasterCard Exclusive

Citibank Paragon WORLD MasterCard holders will receive $30 Paragon shopping vouchers with a minimum of $400 charged to their card in a single receipt at Paragon. 

Citibank Paragon Platinum MasterCard and other Citibank Credit / Debit Cardmembers will receive $20 Paragon shopping vouchers.


In addition, Citibank Paragon WORLD Mastercard/ Citi Paragon Platinum Mastercard members who top up their purchases to $1,200
1 (maximum 2 same-day receipts) will receive a MAX&Co. Avvio scarf worth $99.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Promotion is valid from 3 – 20 October 2013, unless otherwise stated and for purchases made in Paragon only. For all redemptions, Citibank Cardmembers are required to present their NRIC, same-day shop receipt, Citibank Credit or Debit Card and charge slip(s) upon redemption at the Paragon Concierge, Level 1. Valid for one redemption per Citibank Cardmember per day on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. Citibank Cardmembers are entitled to 1 redemption per day only notwithstanding the number of Citibank Credit & Debit Cards owned. Not applicable for bill payments, installment plans and voucher purchases. Receipts utilised for redemption in the promotion will not be applicable to other ongoing mall or outlet promotions. Redemption is to be done on the same day of purchase at Paragon Concierge, Level 1. Staff from Paragon stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers. Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is also not permitted.

3. Music EnVogue

There will be live performances in the atrium featuring various musical genres. Performances will take place daily at 12.30pm and 1.30pm, except on Sundays.

Broadcasting
In the radio business, SPH UnionWorks Pte Ltd operates entertainment stations UFM 100.3 in Mandarin, as well as Kiss92 and HOT FM91.3 in English. SPH has a 20 per cent stake in MediaCorp TV Holdings Pte Ltd, which operates free-to-air channels 5, 8 and U, and a 40 per cent stake in MediaCorp Press Limited, which publishes the free newspaper, Today. 

Events and Out-of-Home Advertising
SPH’s events arm Sphere Exhibits organises innovative consumer and trade events and exhibitions as well as large scale conferences in Singapore and the region. In addition, SPH has ventured into out-of-home (OOH) advertising through its digital out-of-home platform SPH MediaBoxOffice. 

Properties
SPH REIT is a Singapore-based REIT established principally to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for retail purposes in Asia-Pacific, as well as real estate-related assets. SPH REIT is managed by SPH REIT Management Pte. Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings Limited. 


The initial portfolio of SPH REIT comprises the following two high quality and well located commercial properties in Singapore:

 Paragon, a premier upscale retail mall and medical suite/office property, well known for its upscale mall housing many luxury brands, located in the heart of Orchard Road; and
 The Clementi Mall, a mid-market suburban mall located in the centre of Clementi town, an established residential estate in the west of Singapore. 

The Seletar Mall is SPH's latest retail development and is expected to open at the end of 2014. This property is a potential asset to be injected into SPH REIT. SPH’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Times Development Pte Ltd, also developed a 43-storey upmarket residential condominium, Sky@eleven, at Thomson Road.
