Local property site emerged as Best Classified Website in the 18th EPPY Awards 2013
This international contest is presented by Editor & Publisher to honour the best media-affiliated websites across 30 diverse categories. Each category was separated into websites with more than 1 million monthly unique visitors, and those that receive less than 1 million.
Entries were judged by a panel of 78 notable figures in the media industry including website design, marketing/advertising, editorial, technology, education, and management, and based on a standard of distinction as determined by the organiser. Some attributes taken into consideration include content, design/creativity, friendliness/interactivity, innovation and overall impression. - Singapore Press Holdings' (SPH) STProperty, Singapore's trusted online classifieds for property, bagged Best Classified Website with over one million unique monthly visitors in the 18th EPPY Awards 2013.

STProperty also emerged as a finalist under the Best Mobile Application and Best Redesign/Relaunch categories with over one million unique visitors each, together with STJobs. STCars was also a finalist under the Best Mobile Application category with under one million unique visitors. In addition, STJobs and STClassifieds were finalists under the Best Classified Website with over one million unique monthly visitors category. All these websites are products of ST701.

Home seekers and property investors can access over 88,000 residential, commercial and industrial listings based on advanced and preferred search options. Its site and free app for iOS and Android has an intuitive geo-locator function for browsing properties on the go. STProperty has close to 250,000 registered users, 20,000 listed agents and more than 130,000 social media fans (claiming the largest base amongst its competitors). According to NetRatings, STProperty garners more than 8 million page views and 1.5 million visitors monthly. STProperty was awarded Best in Mobile Media (Gold) at the Asian Digital Awards (2012) and Best in Digital Media (Bronze) at the SiTF Awards (2013).

Events and Out-of-Home Advertising
SPH’s events arm Sphere Exhibits organises innovative consumer and trade events and exhibitions as well as large scale conferences in Singapore and the region. In addition, SPH has ventured into out-of-home (OOH) advertising through its digital out-of-home platform SPHMBO.
SPH REIT is a Singapore-based REIT established principally to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for retail purposes in Asia-Pacific, as well as real estate-related assets.
