Lianhe Zaobao (LHZB) remains committed to excellence and innovation as it enters its 100th year, bagging one gold and four silvers at the annual international w3 Awards, which recognises the industry’s best work across digital experiences, content, and creativity.
LHZB’s in-house production, The Last Goodbye (最后的告别), took home the gold in the General Video, Documentary Series category for its affecting and meaningful storytelling that detailed the final journey of four terminally-ill patients in Singapore.
Meanwhile, the following entries also won the silver awards for the Chinese language daily.

The w3 awards, which received thousands of global entries this year, are sanctioned by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA). It comprises an invitation-only body consisting of leading digital marketing and creative experts, including members from organisations such as Walt Disney Studios, Meta, Netflix, IBM, R/GA and more.
