
Leverage the multi-platform publicity of 96.3 好 (Hao) FM’s newest singing competition, the 96.3好FM Karaoke Challenge (卡拉永远OK), for the opportunity to reach Chinese-speaking digital migrants above 40.
With karaoke always a crowd favourite, this will strike a chord with amateur crooners who want to showcase their singing chops.
Publicity for the event includes on-air audio trailers and singing highlight capsules with client’s tag-on, print ads, social media posts/videos, radio adlibs and more.
Mechanics
The competition will have three phases.
Phase 1: Call for entries submissions will start for the male & female categories (80s and 90s songs) through radio and community centres and clubs.
Three contestants will be shortlisted in each category after a live audition.
Phase 2: A one-week voting period will commence together with a singing class (歌唱集训营).
Finale: A total of 12 participants comprising 3 from each category will make it to the finale, where we will crown one champion from each category.
